Had a teambuilding event here today (9 people and scheduled for 3 hours) and we had a fabulous time. Several people said it was the best one they’ve ever attended. We learned a ton, very interactive, plenty of opportunity to engage with our colleagues, and the cheese was unbelievably tasty. Rich and his wife invited us to the kitchen (& home) making us feel like honored guests. Great vision and even better execution. Can’t say enough positive things about it!

“While our family loves to cook and especially loves cheese, I was a little nervous about eight hours of cheese making in someone’s basement with strangers. Let me tell you, it was wonderful! Rich is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about cheese making, as evidenced by the tricked-out cheese “lab” in his beautiful home. He and his wife really make you feel at home. There were lots of cheese samplings (from his personal collection to commercial ones from Orrmond’s Cheese Shop), a delicious lunch and dessert, you learned how to make three different cheeses (all of which have a lot of variability depending on your add-ins at the end) and all delivered with an easy-going nature that made you feel like you were with close family friends. It was very well-paced and well-organized, and there was never a time that I felt I needed to look at a clock to see if we were almost done. In fact, the time flew by! My family loved the creations I brought home, and I can’t wait to start trying some on my own. I highly recommend this course!”
